Polaroid's new Ultrasight lens is made up of 9 functional layers bonded together with the highly-efficient polarizing light filter in the centre. These sunglasses are equipped with unique polarizing lenses only available from Polaroid. While ordinary lenses merely darken the view, only polarizing lenses block irritating glare. The glare-free vision provided by Polaroid polarizing sunglasses guarantees high optical comfort and, as a result, increased safety. The lenses also contain a highly efficient UV-filter that offers complete protection from harmful UV-rays up to 400 nanometers.
