Specialist Optical Recruitment
A well-established and patient-focused optometry practice is seeking a highly experienced Dispensing Optician to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate must be registered with the HPCSA and demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills. They are looking for someone who is compassionate, empathetic, and genuinely committed to providing outstanding patient care.
Key responsibilities will include assisting patients with frame and lens selection, invoicing, liaising with medical aids, and supporting the lab team with adjustments and minor repairs. A strong understanding of optical products is essential, and experience with Optimax is highly advantageous. The ability to communicate fluently in both Afrikaans and English is required.
