An exciting opportunity awaits a full-time Optometrist at Spec-Savers Tygervalley, an established, busy, and patient-focused practice in Cape Town. We’re looking for a passionate, motivated, and professional individual who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
We are a fun, supportive team operating across four fully equipped testing rooms. Our practice is fitted with cutting-edge technology, including a MYAH (topographer and axial length) and OCT, ensuring you have the tools to deliver outstanding care.
We encourage professional development and offer exposure to special interest areas such as hard and scleral contact lenses and paediatric optometry – ideal for someone looking to grow in specific clinical fields (though not a requirement).
Requirements:
Fluent in both Afrikaans and English
Registered and in good standing with the HPCSA
Committed to ethical, high-quality patient care
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday | 09:00 – 17:30 (with 1-hour lunch)
Alternate Saturdays | 09:00 – 17:00 (with 1-hour lunch)
For every Saturday worked, enjoy a full weekday off
