Specialist Ophthalmologist Practice
Requirements:
- Matric
- Computer literate
- Afrikaans & English
- Previous Work Experience in medical practice
- Ophthalmic Assistant certification preferred
- Team player with empathy and commitment to provide best care to our patients
Tasks:
- Taking patient history, testing Visual Acuity & Autorefractions
- Dilate pupils and perform additional tests (OCTs, Topography, Visual fields etc)
- Supporting the Ophthalmologist during consultations with clinical notes and scripts
- Supporting the Ophthalmologist with in-room procedures
- Compiling reports, authorisations requests and PMB submissions
Working hours: Full-time position, Monday to Friday. 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
The remuneration will be market-related and based on skill and experience.
