An established and well-respected private Optometry practice on the East Rand is looking to welcome a capable and enthusiastic Optical Assistant to their team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with solid, all-round experience in an optical environment who takes pride in delivering warm, professional service. The practice values efficiency, teamwork, and creating a positive experience for every patient who walks through the door.
The ideal candidate will be well-presented, organised, and confident in handling a variety of front-of-house and administrative duties.
A friendly, approachable manner is essential, along with the ability to work independently and manage a busy practice environment with ease. Candidates residing in the East Rand area will be given preference.
The practice operates Monday to Saturday. You will be required to work 2 – 3 Saturdays per month, with a half-day off during the week in lieu of Saturdays worked, ensuring a healthy work-life balance.
